About the opportunity
This is a creative fun volunteering role as a volunteer children’s radio producer. We are looking for care workers who want to work with children in the evenings or at the weekend to support them in delivering excellent radio.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for individuals with experience in working with young people, who can support our young presenters in developing their radio programmes, full training in radio production will be given to the right person.
We also require individuals who understand the elements involved in radio production, and with an enthusiastic supportive approach can support our young presenters to achieve the following:
Develop ideas for features
Arranging guests for interviews.
Researching
Brain storming

About the opportunity
This is a volunteering role as a radio presenter. We are looking for adults over 20 to present the programmes during the weekdays. The times are from 7am to 10am doing the breakfast show and 11am to 2pm doing the lunch show.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for individuals with some experience in presenting radio programmes, although training will be given. Takeover Radio is a youth radio station therefore you must be prepared to play the latest music and be knowledgeable in todays popular culture.
We also require individuals who can produce and present their own new bulletins.
